1、About

We refer to software with data storage functions and other related Internet-based value-added services (“our services”). We provide the above services through free or paid application software (“our software”) or application programming interface (“API”) for use by third parties.

We remind you that we only provide you with software and services as tools. When using this application to obtain and process information, you should respect the legal rights of others, such as intellectual property rights and privacy rights, and ensure that you are authorized to copy, modify, upload and publish information. If you do the above without permission, you may infringe the legal rights of others, which may cause you to be held legally liable.

2、Software License and Service Scope

We grant you a personal, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the App. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, you are allowed to install, use, display or run our software or use our services on your smart mobile terminal devices, including but not limited to tablets, smartphones and applications, and PCs and other computer systems (“End Devices”) for personal and non-commercial purposes.

3、Paid Services

You may be charged for some of our app services. If you want to use paid services, please read the relevant detailed rules.

We can change the payment standard and payment method according to actual needs. Certain services that are currently free may become paid services in the future. If you decline to pay, you will no longer be able to use the service when we start charging you. We will post such changes on the official website of the application, or notify you during your use of the relevant services.

4、Privacy and Personal Information

5、Provide the service as is

Application uses a commercially reasonable level of skill to provide the Services. We will do our best to meet your needs and ensure the consistency and security of our services. However, we cannot foresee certain legal and technical risks, including but not limited to service interruption, data loss and other damages due to force majeure, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, unstable systems, defective services provided by third parties or Risks and Government Actions. You hereby acknowledge and acknowledge that use of the Application is at your own risk.

6、Advertising

You agree that we reserve the right to publish commercial and non-commercial advertisements and/or promotions within the app. The manner, manner and extent of such advertising/promotions are subject to change without notice.

7、Your content in our service

8、Code of Conduct

1. When you use application services, you must firmly agree to abide by local laws and regulations. No one may produce, reproduce, publish or disseminate sensitive or illegal information, or any information or material that a reasonable person would consider illegal or inappropriate, including but not limited to the following:

（1）Violating the basic principles of the national constitution;

（2）Committing acts that harm the security of the motherland, divulging state secrets, subverting the political power of the state, and undermining national unity;

（3）committing acts that damage the honor and interests of the motherland;

（4）Inciting ethnic hatred and ethnic discrimination and undermining ethnic unity;

（5）Undermining the state's religious policy of promoting heresy and feudal superstition;

（6）spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;

（7）Dissemination of obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or incitement;

（8）Insulting or slandering others, or infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;

（9）Violating the mandatory provisions of laws and administrative regulations.

2.You shall not use the application for any illegal purpose, nor use the application to conduct illegal acts, including but not limited to the following acts:

（1）Using the application for any behavior that adversely affects the normal operation of the Internet;

（2）Stealing or illegally accessing or abusing other users' accounts or account information;

（3）Maliciously fabricating facts, concealing facts, misleading, or deceiving others;

（4）Publish or disseminate advertising information or spam; initiate, disseminate or join any speculative or other illegal schemes in any form; use network communication to harass others;

（5）Publishing, disseminating or storing information that infringes on intellectual property rights, trade secrets and other legitimate rights and interests; transmitting, disseminating or otherwise displaying pictures, photos, software or other material files protected by intellectual property laws, unless you have the corresponding rights , permission or have obtained all necessary approvals;

（6）Other acts prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

3. Except for the express legal permission or the written permission of the application, you shall not engage in any activities that are not conducive to the application. When using the application, you shall not engage in any activities not expressly authorized, including but not limited to the following:

（1）Delete the copyright information of all applications;

（2）reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile our software, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of our software;

（3）Retrieving, copying, modifying, hooking operations or creating any derivative works of application information (including but not limited to our software or information stored in any terminal device when using the application and the mutual communication between the client and the server information), which form includes but is not limited to using plug-ins, external software or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access, interfere with and affect our software and related systems;

（4）Restricting, prohibiting or otherwise interfering with and affecting others' use or enjoyment of application services (except for safety and protection tools such as parental control), including but not limited to publishing or transferring any information or software of the following quality: including worms, viruses Trojan horses or other harmful functions, or generate traffic sufficient to interfere with the use, distribution or retrieval of information by others;

（5）Automatically access (or attempt to access) the application in any way, or violate the rules specified in the robots.txt or any other similar files of the relevant programs of the application software and services;

（6）Use, lease, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, compile, issue, publish, and establish a mirror website for application-related information;

（7）Any operation is for the purpose of manipulating or distorting, or any operation may damage the integrity or accuracy of any ratings or reviews of the application.

（8）Other actions not expressly authorized by the app.

4.If you have acted in the past, you should bear the corresponding responsibility independently, and the application does not assume any responsibility. You shall compensate for any losses according to law, and the app reserves the right to seek legal remedies to recover losses and compensation (if any).

5.If the user violates the provisions of the agreement, any claims, demands or damages, including reasonable legal counsel fees incurred by this third party, you should agree to indemnify us to protect us from losses.

9、Intellectual property rights

You acknowledge and agree that we own all legal rights and interests in the App, including any intellectual property rights in the software and/or services (whether such rights or interests are registered or exist in any state or territory).

The information in the application includes: text, software, voice, photos, videos, charts, all content in advertisements, business information we provide, etc. The content of the application information is protected by copyright, patent, trademark and other relevant laws and regulations. You can use these contents only with our authorization; unauthorized copying, modification or compilation of these contents or creation of related derivative products is prohibited.

Unless you have agreed otherwise in writing with us, this Agreement does not authorize you to use the Application's software title, trade name, trademark, service mark, logo, domain name, or any other distinctive brand identity.

10、Limitation of Liability

1.You should use the app correctly and take responsibility and loss for your improper operation.

2.You fully understand that the application involves online services, and it may encounter various force majeure, such as force majeure or possible interruption of services. In this case, we will try to restore it immediately, however, you should bear the responsibility and loss caused by it yourself, and the application will not bear any direct or indirect responsibility. Unexpected risks include, but are not limited to, service interruptions and failures due to:

（1）Damaged by computer viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious programs, or damaged by hacker attacks;

（2）The software, system, hardware and telecommunication lines of the terminal equipment of the user or application fail;

（3）Accidents, natural disasters or government actions;

（4）The app neither provides nor authorizes the user to use the service;

（5）Other force majeure or factors beyond the control of the app.

3.We do not make any form of guarantee for any unpredictable or uncontrollable product technical defects, service stability, or any loss or damage caused therefrom, unless otherwise expressly provided by law.

4.You acknowledge and agree that if you use the application's location-based services, other nearby users may find you based on your location. If you exchange card information with other users, you should carefully judge the authenticity of the information and prevent any possible malicious use (for example, personal injury or any other harm).

5.To the extent permitted by law, the entire liability of the application for any claims arising here (including any implied guarantee) (if any) shall be limited to the amount you pay us for using the application service.

6.The app reminds you to export your information and make backups regularly. If it causes users to use abnormally, we shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect user losses.

11、Signing of the agreement

Your use or registration means to us that you have read and accepted our terms. If you do not agree to this agreement, please stop immediately and do not use our software or services.

12、Terms

Modifications We may modify this Agreement or any other terms applicable to the Services. You should review these terms periodically. Generally, we will post a notice of modification to these terms on our home page or by email or other reasonable means to notify you thirty days before the new agreement becomes effective. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should stop using our services.

13、Suspension, Suspension and Termination

1.You can stop using our services at any time, although we are sorry to see you leave. After verifying the relevant information in accordance with our rules, we will terminate your service account.

2.We are constantly changing and improving our services. We strongly recommend that you keep it updated. But you can choose whether to accept the update. If you choose not to update, we do not guarantee to provide you with the latest services, and any losses that may be caused by this will be borne by you.

3.We reserve the right to modify, interrupt, suspend or terminate our service at any time. We will generally endeavor to give you reasonable advance notice before taking any action.

4.You agree that we may immediately terminate, restrict your access to or suspend your account or access to the Services without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

（1）The personal information you provide is inaccurate, false or illegal;

（2）Violation or violation of this Agreement;

（3）Not paying us enough money;

（4）Required by law or required by relevant government departments;

（5）Other circumstances that we deem necessary.

14、Severability of the Agreement

If any provision or provision of this Agreement is unenforceable or not deemed invalid by a court or arbitration, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

15、Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

1.This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws (without regard to its conflict of laws provisions).

2.If there is a dispute between you and the application, both parties should try to resolve the dispute amicably.

3.All subtitles in this agreement are for the convenience of reading only and have no practical meaning, so they should not be used as the basis for interpretation.

16、Language

This agreement is written in Chinese and has the same effect.
